1. Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. Expansion to additional countries is planned for the near future.
2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free on all orders. The price you see at checkout includes all costs, including any import fees or VAT. There are no hidden charges.
3. How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 6:00 PM GMT or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
4. When will I receive my order?
Estimated shipping time is 5–8 business days. Including processing, you can expect delivery in 6–9 business days. Delivery may vary slightly due to customs or courier delays.
5. Who delivers my order?
All orders are shipped from our international warehouse and delivered by Royal Mail or DPD, depending on item size and location.
6. Do you ship from within the UK?
No — all products are shipped from our international warehouse, but delivered to your door in the UK via Royal Mail or DPD with tracking.
7. Is VAT included in the price?
Yes — all prices shown include VAT and import costs. There are no additional charges when your item is delivered.
8. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link. You can also track directly with Royal Mail or DPD.
9. Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes - you may request a change or cancellation before your order ships by emailing us at info@traceprotools.com.
If your order has already shipped, you can still cancel under your UK legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. To do so, email us and we’ll guide you through the return process.
Returns & Refunds
10. How do I return an item?
Email info@traceprotools.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send clear return instructions and the return address.
11. What is your return policy?
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and with all tags included.
UK customers also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.
12. Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’ll cover return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
13. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days of receiving the return. In all cases, we’ll issue a refund within 14 calendar days, as required by UK law.
14. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us immediately at info@traceprotools.com with your order number and photos. Do not open sealed items if they appear damaged. We'll provide a refund, replacement, or return label - your choice.
15. Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, return the item and place a new order once your return is approved.
